If you do, St. Mary’s Food Kitchen is seeking to hire a part-time Manager Assist to work weekends and holidays, as well as any days the Manager will have off. The ideal candidate has a calling to serve the hungry in an urban context.
Position ideal for a college student interested in nonprofit management or an individual that is retired/semi-retired.
Hours: 9am-2pm with the occasional start time of 8:30am. Part time, weekends, holidays (time and half).
Work closely with the manager
Provide support to the day’s coordinator
Ensure policies & procedures are followed and operational standard are achieved
Participate in the frequency & scope of required daily cleaning tasks
Available to fill in for manager when absent
Perform other work-related duties as assigned
Interact with guests for improved service
